UNSCRIPTED THERAPY
This is a space for what’s been hidden, masked, or held too tightly for too long. Unscripted Therapy exists outside the confines of conventional mental health care by rejecting the pathologization of trauma, oppressive systems, and the expectation to be “palatable” in your pain.
Rooted in trauma-wise and feminist values, this practice is for those who are done compromising themselves. Here, healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about reclaiming what’s always been yours: your body, your voice, your boundaries, your truth.
Come as you are. There is no script to follow here.
who we are
Unscripted Therapy was created as a response to all the spaces where people have been expected to stay small, stay silent, or stay palatable. We're here for the ones who’ve had to perform wellness, shrink their pain, or survive systems that were never built for their full humanity.
This practice is rooted in the belief that healing isn’t linear, and it’s not about becoming more “functional.” it’s about reconnecting with yourself, on your terms. We offer care that is relational, person-first, anti-oppressive, and radically non-pathologizing. There are no checkboxes to fit into here, just space to be seen, held, and unlearn.
We work with adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, intrusive thoughts, chronic overwhelm, self-worth, mothering, and the exhaustion of constantly masking or surviving. Our work centres embodiment, liberation, and the possibility of living without compromise.
You're not too much. You're not broken. You're just tired of surviving, and we get that.

At Unscripted Therapy, we offer individual therapy virtually across Ontario. We also provide professional social work consultations for adults. Sessions are collaborative, relational, and radically non-pathologizing.
This is a space for those who have spent too long contorting themselves to survive systems that were never meant to support their wholeness.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, neurodivergence, identity, or a deep disconnection from yourself. You don’t have to do it alone. We work at your pace, rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and person-first care.
Our focus is on embodiment, healing, and reclaiming your right to exist without shrinking.

This no-pressure, 15-minute phone or video call is free of charge and offers us a chance to connect, explore your needs, and see if we’re the right fit to work together. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of my approach before committing to ongoing sessions
